We had our pavers project done in 2021. A driveway, walking path and border around the lawn and fountain. It was a large job, and our PM walked us through all of the options. There were some unexpected issues, but they addressed all of them to our satisfaction. The end result was excellent. More importantly, BBP Pavers lived up to their warranty. Earlier this year, some of the pavers shifted which caused some spaces. In certain areas, some repairs were needed. They responded immediately and did a great job in doing the maintenance. Our experience with BBP Pavers was exceptional. From our first day of planning to our last day of installation, we had an amazing experience with BBP. Here is a quick look at the process: Planning/Design: Moises was our Project Manager and helped us design our patio. He came to our house and spent the afternoon talking through our goals for the project, obstacles to consider and answered all of our questions. Moises was incredibly thorough, patient, professional and responsive throughout the process. We couldn't have asked for a better PM to oversee our project. Thank you Moises! Demo: Janser and his team came to our house to demo our patio, remove dirt, and prep the yard for installation (leveling, installing drainage, prep for electrical, etc.). Janser walked the project with us to ensure we were aligned on the scope of work prior to starting and always kept us up to speed on the progress of the demolition. Janser was incredibly knowledgeable and patient fielding our questions. Installation: Sebastian and team installed our pavers in two days! The team was efficient and detail oriented. BBP Pavers - wow! It was a daunting project when Moises and his team came through. There was a lot of dirt and things that needed to be coordinated before we could get it completed. We had multiple bids come in for our landscape/hardscape project. While BBP was not the cheapest they were committed to meet our timelines and was transparent about what they can do. My wife and I put great deal of trust into BBP. Moises and their team accomplished what others saids would take months in just a few weeks! My husband and I had been looking for someone to help us with our backyard for awhile until we found Moises and BBP. When we bought our house, we knew the backyard needed work. We ended up with 2 large dogs and really knew we needed something new. Moises spent 2 hours with us on day 1. He was meticulous about measuring and really producing something we would love. After the initial design, we spent almost 6 more hours with Moises at their studio with different design ideas. He was very patient as we laid out our thoughts and excited with the possibilities of what the backyard could look like. As we got to the day of demo, Moises set up a group text so that we could all be "up to date" with every detail of the project. Sebastian and his crew did an amazing job with the pavers and the owner, Rafael, was out here on more than one occasion to ensure the job went as planned. We ended up adding an outdoor kitchen and a fire-pit to the project, which we enjoy EVERY DAY!! Additionally, we ended up adding a custom pergola and Jovane and his crew did a fantastic job matching the catalogue we initially saw. Lastly, we end up upgrading the countertops using a neighbor and BBP was more than accommodating adding an additional vendor to such a large project! We are so happy we worked with BBP Pavers to pave our driveway and back patio. Their estimate was a little higher but we felt more confident working with Gilberto because of his attention to our home project, even though it was small compared to other residential and commercial projects. He provided a design with attention to grading, drainage and the varying dimensions of the driveway as it narrows towards the garage, along with a border design for aesthetics. We enjoyed a short trip to Concord to see their outdoor showroom and make a final decision on the color, style and texture of the paver. BBP sent us notifications of their planned start date and finished the project in four days! The gentleman who led the work to set the pavers was a true professional, answering our questions and assuring us it would look beautiful. He and his crew cut the pavers to form a perfect curve to accommodate the narrowing driveway. Upon wrapping up, the crew washed everything down and left no debris. BBP Pavers did an amazing job in our backyard. The whole experience with them is worth 6 stars - not 5. From the very beginning, when Gilberto came to our house to take a look at the job, he handled himself with professionalism. He was easy to talk to and very knowledgeable. When we came to the BBP Pavers office, he spent a significant amount of time with us editing the 3D design for our project and explaining various options to us (most other companies we talked to told us that they don't do any design work for free and that we would have to go to someone else). Their showroom was very helpful in deciding which pavers we wanted. During the installation process, the entire crew was timely and professional. The communication with Gilberto and other BBP Pavers management was timely and courteous. They took all of our requests into account and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. They got the job done in less than a week. The end result truly transformed our backyard into a place we love using. Thank you Gilberto and BBP Pavers for a job well done! We had a great experience with BBP pavers. Moises Gilberto was informative, responsive, efficient and kept us up to date with his progress. Moises took over our job from the original (name withheld) paver installer for lack of progress and sub par work, not professionals. (Work result not as promised, install sloped toward building, no pattern & workers mostly standing around on the job, lack of production, necessary tools-I.e. cement saw, etc.) We had a scheduled trip during Moisés' take over and he regularly sent photo updates and responded in a timely manner when we had any questions or change orders. We'll done! We would definitely use them again.
